Discord gives you the option to request a copy of all of your data stored on Discord since you first joined the Discord. Discord will gather all of the data related to your account and send it to your email when it is ready.
How to request a copy of your data from Discord?
If you want to get a copy of the personal data you have given to Discord for over the lifetime.
You can do it easily be heading over to “User Settings” then to “Privacy and Safety” and clicking the “Request all of my Data” button.
You can find this button everywhere no matter where you use Discord from such as Desktop App, browser or mobile app.
When you click that button. And it will send a request to Discord that you want to know about the data they have. There are a few things that you need to know before putting forward this request.
- This process can take up to a month.
- You can’t make a request while a request is pending.
- When all the data is collected and is ready to be shared with user. Discord is going to send a link to download your data to the email address you had when you submitted the request. Changing your email address later will not redirect the download link.
- If you disable or delete your account before you receive your download link, it will cancel your request.
