For this reason, Discord has a simple and straightforward Refund Policy. So, if you don’t like any of the games that you purchased through Discord then you can always get a refund if you meet the Discord Refund Policy

Discord Refund Policy

The refund policy is really easy and as long as you meet the criteria for refund policy, you will be able to get the refund. You are eligible for the refund if:

• The game is purchased in the last 14 days.
• The game has less than two hours of total playing time.

As long as your newly purchased game follow this policy, you will be provided a refund when requested.

Gifts Refund Policy

Discord won’t provide a refund for a gift purchase that has been claimed.

However, if a gift is unclaimed then you can ask for a refund within 14 days. 

For Nitro gifts, you will have 5 days from the initial purchase date.

Nitro Refund Policy

Discord also provides refunds for Nitro subscriptions if the refund request is made within 5 days of the initial date of subscription.
